really I also don't know why you absolutely desagree with me regarding my quotation. But what the one should be aware of, is that he is obliged to behave, to react, and to respect the rules of the other -of course only in some circumstances- especially if he lives in his country.
Note: excluding of course relegion, tradition, and princiles.
