in my opinion, the best way to learn to speak english , and here I assume that the person knows the grammatical aspect of the language, is to listen as much as you can to english from native speakers. Since our destination is canada, and the english spoken there is more or less the same as in the US, then I advice you to watch regularly if you can american programs which, thanks to technology, are now available at the click of a button;
On MBC4 you can watch at 6 o clock in the morning: good morning america, it is good because there are no subtitles so you won't be tempted to cheat, and you will have to use your listening. If you find it challenging, then watch Oprah, or Dr phill.... these are shows with subtitles in arabic so you can follow. For Drama, there is MBC 2, try also to watch aljazeera international, the english they use is a bit formal but we will all need that, because the situations differs and so does the ''english'', talking to your ''buddy'' is not the same as talking to your potential recruter and vice versa! good luck to you all! and God bless us all.

Even on your computer, maybe on your lunch break, you can find some short TV programs that will take only few minutes of your time, but the advantage here is that you can watch and rewind if you want.

notez bien les amis d'aprés mon entrevue et ma présence a la salle de formation aujord'hui j'ai vu pas mal des cas qui on ratté leur CSQ cause de niveau de langue alors les attentistes vous faite un effort améliorer votre niveau de langue que soi le français ou l'anglais a ne pas n'egliger aussi
donc fait vous un effort avec la pratique on y arrive

ahhh et meme ceux qui on leur CSQ profiter a de ce temps d'attente a améliorer le niveau de langue l'anglais aussi les agents d'immigration on bcp signalé la dessous
